Catalina is a Bachelor of Human Nutrition graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador, born in Quito-Ecuador.

Advisor on breastfeeding for the Mexican pediatric confederation. Her work experience has allowed her to have work in Community Nutrition, Food Safety and Clinical Nutrition.

She is a happy, curious, empathetic and loving person She wants to help with her knowledge and create a better world.

She has the conviction that information is liberating for this reason with her beautiful profession she works in educating to achieve the modification of eating behaviors and with this the improvement of the lifestyle of people.
