Degree in Organizational Psychology from the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil, with a certification of Comprehensive Psychological Coaching, born in Guayaquil - Ecuador.

She has more than 15 years of experience in the area of ​​Human Talent Management in recognized national and multinational companies in the country, from where, through a strategic vision, it has allowed her to develop leadership, communication and active listening skills, allowing her to manage empowered leaders who develop their teams, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the business through the most important resource "people" and becoming a strategic partner for achieving organizational objectives.

Ma. Victoria is a simple, charismatic, innovative and brave woman, she loves to contribute to the well-being of those who, perhaps due to their condition, have not been able to have a better quality of life, so in 2021 she decided to be part of the team of Yanapana Project to contribute with knowledge, be the support for the volunteers of this noble work and lead the HR area.
